    The person who said that quote was a man by the name of Allison "Tootie" Montana.

    He was a legendary Mardi Gras Indian. He was born on December 16, 1922 and died June 27, 2005. He was an icon for the city of New Orleans and was the "Chief" of the Yellow Pocahontas,
